What does the role entail,
- Helping customers in store and over the phone with their equipment needs
- Communicating with customers to achieve best outcomes
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Supply workshop technicians with parts as required
- Working with a supportive team to achieve collective goals
What will you bring to the role
- At least 2 years John Deere Parts Experience.
- Knowledge of the sales process of parts.
- Organised with the ability to plan and schedule work.
- A passion to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- A positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable with the use of IT solutions in daily activity.
- Technical equipment knowledge &/or experience would be beneficial.
This is a busy and varied role that will cover their customer base across the Canterbury region, providing a crucial backup to the premium John Deere product range they offer their customers.
