As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive the right parts, on time, and with a smile. Your duties will include maintaining positive customer relationships, managing job bookings and parts organization, and offering administrative support to the Technician. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient workshop, keeping customers informed about their equipment, and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Deliver parts to valued customers promptly and with precision, ensuring their equipment stays operational and reliable.
- Provide skilled technicians with the exact parts they need, ensuring that they can carry out their work efficiently and effectively.
- Stay well-informed about the latest trends in parts merchandising and product lines, enabling you to offer customers the most innovative solutions.
- Oversee and organize job bookings and the arrangement of parts, guaranteeing a streamlined workflow and excellent service delivery.
- Uphold the efficiency of their workshop operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when communicating with both customers and colleagues, enhancing their overall service experience.
- Vigilantly observe and report any misconduct or non-compliance to the Service Manager, ensuring a safe and respectful working environment.
