To support their team in delivering just that they are on the hunt for an Operations Manager to support the company’s founder in planning and managing a company's day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:
- An experienced Operations Manager confident in implementing company strategies into daily operations to drive performance
- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- A confident communicator capable of building strong relationships
- Well-presented and professional, you will be a true brand ambassador
- Someone with excellent attention to detail, highly organised and results driven
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Analysing internal operations and identifying areas for process enhancement
- Implementing business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives
- Overseeing operations, HR, and accounting, and sales management in partnership with the Managing Director
- Monitoring performance and implementing corrective measures when necessary
- Preparing detailed updates and forecasts
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
