Manufacturing bespoke cabinetry for cabinet makers via our online portal and custom CAD software we are constantly at the forefront of our industry. We utilize and program our own AI and have big plans for pushing the boundaries.

We are looking for a driven, systems oriented Operations Manager to help build and manage the core of our identities so the rest of the team can be free to focus on Sales/Cad and Production. With the implementation of an ERP scheduled for 2023/24 along with the significant expansion of the production facilities and teams, this is an exciting time to get on board. You will work alongside the owners to manage and run the scheduling and administrative aspects of the companies which by the end of 2024 should comprise 20 team members working out of 20,000 square feet.
We need you to:
• Prove administrative knowledge of systems, technology and people.
• Show a distinct flair for business development and building lasting rapport with a vast array of people.
• Show us that you have a proven track record of implementing systems and managing them
- Not be afraid to look completely out of the box and be quick to innovate and develop lasting business strategies
• Display examples of discipline, resilience, common sense, and the ability to solve problems.
• Let us see your ability to be a part of a team, contribute and communicate with all around you.
• Be computer literate, and be able to learn quickly and efficiently. We currently use Xero & Zoho so experience with this would be a huge advantage.
