About the role
You will join a company dedicated to offering their customers top quality and innovative bakery ingredients. Taking your lead from international trends you will be involved in the day to day development of new products and the ongoing quality of existing products.
- Develop new products in line with market trends
- Present product concepts to sales and marketing for discussion
- Modify, tweak and improve existing products to meet nutritional and general trends
- Work cross functionally to ensure ongoing quality of existing products
Skills & Experience
- A BSC / B Tech in Food Technology or Science
- Product development experience within bakery is preferred.
- Work experience in a small commercial bakery is an advantage
- Ability to think creatively, follow industry trends and communicate new ideas effectively
