As our National Key Account Manager, you will be the lead point of contact for these franchises, building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers at a head office level. Utilising your deep understanding of these franchises' strategies and priorities you will shape the strategic direction for each of these accounts, enabling long term revenue growth and ensuring we are recognised as a valued partner.

Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Serve as the lead point of contact across the four largest franchises at a head office level, through regular contact with key stakeholders.
* Build, develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers at a head office level.
* Establish a reputation as an not only an expert in real estate marketing with a focus on digital but in all tools that assist customers to achieve better results
* Develop, plan, and own the strategic priorities of these franchises designed to build strong relationships and deliver revenue growth.
* Work closely with Account Managers to effectively and successfully roll-out key account strategies and drive revenue growth within these four brands.
* Identify and execute initiatives to improve our brand sentiment.
* Identify at risk business and develop solutions to ensure we retain revenue and our position as a trusted business partner.
What you will bring to our team:
Experience:
* 5+ years' experience at Key Account or Senior Account level.
* Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships and selling to C suite level clients.
* Knowledge and experience in the property industry preferred, but not essential
* High competency in relevant online and computer systems, in particular with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM systems.
Competencies:
* The ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels in an organisation.
* Able to demonstrate and coach highly effective sales skills, techniques and processes.
* Skilled in developing and presenting commercial propositions in a persuasive manner to gain customer commitment to mutually acceptable agreements.
* Highly competent with numbers/financials/data
* Self-motivated with hunger and passion to achieve business targets and goals.
