About the opportunities
We are actively seeking expressions of interest from experienced Medical Receptionists looking for new opportunities, to help support a range of different practices across our network.

We have opportunities for switched on and motivated Medical Receptionists to oversee and drive the administrative, financial, and general day-to-day operations of the practices across the network. The right fit is someone who has genuine passion and interest in enabling the overall business to be sustainable and successful in all facets of their operations. Ultimately focusing on ensuring all patients are supported and achieve quality health outcomes.
Your skills and experience
As these are key roles, our successful candidates will ideally have:
- Experience within a health care setting (ideally primary care, but other comparable or similar industry experience will be considered)
- Experience with general practice PMS systems (Medtech32, Medtech Evolution, My Practice etc) is an advantage
- Exceptional face to face customer service skills and phone manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritise workload within a busy work environment
- A passion for diversity and inclusion
