Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Lead a range of buyer and seller campaigns that drive audience, engagement, listings and purchases, focused on key categories and targeted to a relevant audience.
* Manage the ATL brand campaign from brief to execution across all channels, including stakeholder management. Play a critical part in the thinking and decision making process behind the creative approach to these campaigns, channel selection and budget weighting behind these channels.
* Own and execute the tactical email communications strategy and testing plan for Marketplace focusing on key categories and audiences.
* Responsible for their Marketplace campaign processes from brief to execution across paid and owned channels working with designers and external agencies, leveraging their data to ensure the right audience gets the right message.
* Manage two Marketing Specialists coaching and mentoring to ensure both team and personal growth objectives are achieved.
* Lead their content plan for Marketplace across social media and owned channels ensuring new content is updated regularly and they continue to boost content to drive engagement.
* Monitor and evaluate key channels & campaigns regularly to understand what's working & how they can be improved. Test & iterate for best results, striving for continuous improvement.
* Financial management of the marketing expenditure
What you will bring to the team:
* 3 or more years' experience in a relevant marketing manager role
* People management experience.
* Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver strong results.
* A successful track record of being able to take objectives, turn these into actionable marketing initiatives and then develop, plan and execute tactics.
* Proven track record of leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform decision making, with strategic key results in mind.
* Retail experience would be advantageous
