Marketing Coordinator

Who is hiring:

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in a Permanent, Part-time capacity to join their collaborative and supportive team.

The role:

With a strong digital focus, as the Marketing Coordinator you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns including all social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, monthly newsletter EDM's, writing case studies and blog posts, managing website content and updates, fundraising campaigns & events. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has a Digital and Design background so someone who would consider themselves a 'Generalist' that has dabbled in both areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and taking the lead with marketing campaigns across social media (paid, organic), advertising, digital content and EDMs and overlook strategic planning and reporting responsibilities.
  • You will oversee the post campaign analytics and provide insights to optimise performance, demonstrating excellent understanding on campaign metrics, click-through rates etc.
  • You will be coordinating all marketing functions within budget.
  • You will be responsible for all digital marketing material, ensuring all marketing material & external communications are in line with brand standards, style guide and policies.
  • You will manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships, both internally with professional and staff as well as externally with industry partners, outsourced agencies etc.

What you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years marketing/business experience.
  • Exceptional digital capabilities including capabilities across the likes of design, analytics and CMS and social media platforms. EDM software experience.
  • An understanding of digital analytics (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/social media analytics).
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful communications experiences.
