Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Act as a trusted partner, supporting the business through the provision of management accounting knowledge and analysis to enable effective decision-making.
* You will be the key Finance go-to for your business areas, illustrating an understanding of key performance drivers, as well as partnering with the teams on various analysis or projects.
* You'll have a key role in the month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and contribute to associated reporting and presentations, with insightful commentary, to leadership and Board.
* Review their monthly financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and assist in the preparation of monthly management and board reports, including commentary, graphs, and supporting analysis/documentation.
What you will bring to the team:
* You'll have relevant experience as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
* 2+ years FP&A experience in a large finance team or large corporate environment.
* Experience with medium-large FMIS and planning tools.
* Have experience as a trusted advisor and partner with internal stakeholders.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
