The Role
This is a fantastic role where you'll get to support a creative and experienced team. You will play a critical part in helping create engaging e-learning programs that boost the skills and performance of employees across all sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of the L&D team, you will provide crucial support to senior specialists. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting ourSenior Instructional Designer to create engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
- Helping the Senior Instructional Designer build training plans and quizzes within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Working with the Systems Specialists to update and improve the processes for the L&D team.
- Assisting with the daily administration of the LMS to keep records accurate and support users.
- Helping manage L&D support tickets through JIRA to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
About You
- Experience using Articulate Storyline to create e-learning.
- Experience working with an LMS or the digital competence to learn one quickly.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development or related role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Management.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
