The Role
- Manage work programs to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications
- Deliver multiple concurrent projects across their entire life cycle, scope management, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management
- Be part of a supportive team that works together to meet our client’s goals
- Undertaking site investigations for a wide variety of large-scale infrastructure projects
You will undertake a broad range of geotechnical specific tasks including site investigation, analysis, design, reporting, and construction supervision. Our team delivers projects of all sizes and complexities, and work in a diverse range of markets ranging from commercial/industrial building development and land development to transportation and municipal infrastructure projects.
About You
With at least 8+ years of experience in a similar consultancy-based role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Geotechnical)
- Strong local experience in geotechnical analysis and design, with a focus on settlement, foundations, slope stability, and retaining wall design
- Skilled in developing ground models and identifying geotechnical risks
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, including experience engaging with clients on technical and commercial matters
- Proven experience in site investigations and ground modelling
- Committed to mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment
