The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the IT Portfolio & Improvement Analyst:
- Provides analysis and insights on the IT service’s customer experience, performance, efficiency and opportunities for improvement
- Develops and implements (directly or through others) data collection systems and the timely delivery of data
- Develops strategies that optimise data quality and statistical analysis efficiency
- Develops and maintain reports, dashboards and other visualisations to track key performance indicators and other agreed measures, and the portfolio of IT work.
You enjoy communicating insights through data-driven storytelling, influencing decision making, and support continuous improvement. This role is integral to the perception and success of the IT team, and ultimately to the success of the wider organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar or other relevant role
- Experience in a commercially driven business environment
- Proven experience in identifying and analysing trends and relationships using appropriate data and structured analysis techniques
- Proven experience using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to understand and clarify needs
- Financial understanding and comprehension of budgets
