Founded in 2011, they lead the way in the development and supply of parasite control solutions to veterinary practices around the country.  As they continue to grow their market in both NZ and Australia, a need has arisen for a talented Inventory Specialist to join their team.

The Role
Are you ready to play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory operations within a manufacturing environment? Then look no further! They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join their growing team. As an integral part of the organisation, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of inventory control processes.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain an inventory management system using your knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) accurately to support production planning.
  • Streamline inventory processes, ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory and replenishment parameters
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimise inventory replenishment strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement in all supply chain functions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inventory control within food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, with the ability to navigate and utilise inventory management modules effectively.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and managing Bill of Materials (BOMs) accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
