The Role

They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join their growing team. As an integral part of the organisation, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of inventory control processes.Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an inventory management system using your knowledge of ERP systems.
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) accurately to support production planning.
- Streamline inventory processes, ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory and replenishment parameters
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimise inventory replenishment strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in all supply chain functions.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory control within food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, with the ability to navigate and utilise inventory management modules effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting and managing Bill of Materials (BOMs) accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
