Here’s a unique opportunity for an intermediate Digital Marketing Specialist to work for one of NZ’s best charities with a global footprint and audience. This role calls for an analytical, yet creative approach to data-driven paid marketing and advertising.
This role champions digital marketing, lead generation, and retention. Your mission is to develop and deliver new and smart targeted paid digital campaigns, with a focus on driving fundraising income, donor recruitment, awareness, traffic and tangible revenue results. You’ll be across SEO, retargeting, Google AdWords, social media marketing.
On top of that, you’ll get to flex your project management muscles and not just glue yourself to the computer – get to collaborate with other internal teams (Marketing, Comms) to pull together interesting and engaging campaigns happening across NZ!

The breakdown
We are looking for a Digital Marketer experienced in:
- At least 3 years’ of digital marketing experience in paid search, lead generation & digital performance marketing
Some key responsibilities are:
- Champion digital and social media marketing performance within the business
- Design and manage the digital marketing strategy
- Lead all PPC activity including SEO, Facebook, Google AdWords, display advertising, and retargeting to ensure it drives new acquisition, engagement & revenue
- Contribute to revenue growth target – drive lead generation for new digital customers
- Manage key agency relationships and other service providers
- Automate and personalise interactions, campaigns and comms where possible
- Identify trends and develop new insights to refine and improve digital marketing performance and customer strategies
- Own, interpret and present weekly and monthly performance reporting/results
- Experience with using Salesforce (or other marketing automation platforms)
