This role would suit a confident individual who takes pride in their excellent relationship building skills and impeccable customer service, you will effectively support the Property Managers to manage and grow the portfolio.

Some key day-to-day tasks will include:
- Handle and process enquiries from prospective tenants
- Prepare Tenancy Agreements and other relevant documentation
- Photograph new listings & advertise vacant properties
- Ensure all advertising for available listings are accurate
- Conduct rental viewings & process applications
- Conduct ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
The ideal person will have:
- Knowledge and understanding of the residential tenancies act 1986 (desirable)
- Be an effective and strong communicator - both verbal and written
- Local area knowledge
- Dedicated and highly motivated
- Approachable with the ability to be firm when needed
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Confident with social media and digital marketing
- Professional with a high level of personal presentation
- Dynamic and open to change
- Confident when working autonomously
- Confident creating and maintaining excellent client/landlord/contractor relationships
