About You
- Excellent working knowledge in all areas of HR
- Sound Knowlege of NZ legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge others in a respectful and professional manner
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
- Solid experience with employment relations
- Good problem solving skills
