About The Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of recruiters in the health sector. You will have the chance to source and select talented professionals for a variety of roles, from junior level to senior management. Responsibilities
• Source and select suitable candidates for health sector roles.
• Utilise a range of recruitment methods to attract talent.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the health sector.
• Create job postings that accurately reflect the role and organisation.
• Monitor applicant progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant legislation.
Skills And Experience
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the health sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
• Ability to use a range of recruitment software packages.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
