About The Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of recruiters in the health sector. You will have the chance to source and select talented professionals for a variety of roles, from junior level to senior management. As part of your role, you will use your knowledge and expertise to build relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that all recruitment processes are completed efficiently. Responsibilities
• Source and select suitable candidates for health sector roles.
• Utilise a range of recruitment methods to attract talent.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the health sector.
• Create job postings that accurately reflect the role and organisation.
• Monitor applicant progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant legislation.
Skills And Experience
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the health sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
• Ability to use a range of recruitment software packages.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
