The Role
You’ll work closely with teams on-site and in the office to ensure best practices are followed and compliance is maintained.
- Implementing and maintaining safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coaching and educating staff and subcontractors on health and safety practices.
- Conducting site inspections, emergency drills, and incident investigations.
- Supporting training and development initiatives.
- Analysing safety data and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with teams across multiple sites in the region.
About You
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Industry experience in construction or a similar high-risk environment.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing safety systems.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site role.
