The Role
- Develop engaging advertising campaigns and brand collateral to support the brand and sales strategy across all channels – Brand, Retail Campaigns, Instore Visual Merchandising and more.
- Work with category mangers to develop the brand creative and tonality strategy.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to tap into the heart of the customer.
- Lead a team of Designers / Art Directors to deliver work to a high standard, fostering a strong, positive and efficient team.
- Produce a high standard of conceptual / creative ideas that are on brief, clever and well executed.
- Ensure visual excellence and consistency across all material and communications that reflects the values, tone of voice and visual aesthetic of the brand.
- Ensure photographic art direction and styling of images for category brands is on brief and drawing from global influences and trends.
- Continuously provide a strong and market leading approach to all visual marketing - in-store POS, social and digital marketing, catalogues, ATL media including TVC’s, Magazine, OOH etc.
- Manage workflows for all creative work ensuring timings and budgets are met.
About You
- Advertising or Retail Creative Direction experience
- Proven experience leading high functioning creative teams
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns for TVC / Content / Video / Digital
- Experience working in fashion, lifestyle or home categories hugely advantageous
