We are excited to present the opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join the senior team to drive business growth nationally, maintaining and developing strong commercial relationships and continuing to strengthen what is already a strong workplace culture.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:
- At least 5 years experience in senior leadership or have transferrable skills that match the requirements of the role
- A proven track record of creating, leading, motivating and managing staff to ensure high performing teams and more importantly a happy, healthy and safe workplace
- A high level of commercial acumen including competence in financial accounts and financial reporting
- Analytical in nature; ensuring systems and processes across the business are fit for purpose and job costing and forecasting are accurate
- Experience in managing an agency model of delivering products to market
- A strategic thinker confident in your ability to develop and execute robust business plans to deliver on growth strategy
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and turn these relationships into profitable business opportunities
- A confident and competent decision maker
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
