Main responsibilities:
As the Field Service Technician you will provide professional service and support for Cavotec customers by performing field service commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, repairs and maintenance. This will mainly focus on the Cavotec MoorMaster™ product but may, at times, also involve other Cavotec products.
Your key tasks will be:
• Site commissioning, repairs and installation supervision
• Determine causes of operating errors and provide solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship
Expected experience and qualifications:
• Engineering or Trade (Electrical or Mechanic)
• Hands-on service with electro-mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of PLC and Variable Frequency Drives
• Operative planning skills
• Drawing/Schematic understanding
• Work experience in a multicultural environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
