Trade Skills: Proven trade experience
Technical Skills: Computer literate
Organizational Skills: Adept at co-ordinating the different stages of the manufacturing process
About you
- Experience within Kitchen Cabinetry Production / Factory management.
- Passion for the industry
Managing the factory bringing all parts of a job together to meet deadlines, scheduling and budgets. - Early recognition and resolution of issues
- Good people skills
- Sound business awareness and record keeping
- Process optimisation
- Cabinetry background
- Design & implement plans for the effective use of material and labour resources to achieve manufacturing targets
- Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
- Sound organisational skills and ability to organise factory work and staff
- Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards
- Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency
- Monitor and control a production process to adjust operations in event of a problem
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to dispatch of product with organised scheduling
