About

Our client is an international nutraceutical company which has branched into New Zealand combining with a confectionery business to manufacture and supply an existing and new range of products to the market.They are now searching for a trustworthy, professional Executive Assistant to assist the CEO with the day to day running of the business.

The role as Executive Assistant requires:

  • Manage and respond to sensitive emails and communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Draft and edit confidential reports and documentation with finesse
  • Work closely together with the CEO on a daily basis
  • Safeguarding the CEO's time by filtering and prioritizing incoming information
  • Communicating and liaising with fellow office team members on relevant matters


Ideal Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Executive Assistant or in a similar situation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting
  • Ability for formulate answers in an executive space
  • An open and receptive mature minded person with a friendly personality
  • A committed and trustworthy team player
  • Flexible to work in two work areas, East & West Auckland and from home remotely
