On the events side you'll play a key role in the end to end delivery of engaging, polished and memorable Property events that enhance customer kakare wheako (sentiment). The other half of your role will see you supporting the delivery of targeted and timely email campaigns that ensure the right message is being delivered to customers at the right time in the customer journey.

Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Prepare and maintain a Customer annual events and activations calendar, working closely with the Property team including the Industry Relations Manager, Sales leadership and Marketing teams to ensure all opportunities are scoped, resourced, prioritised and leveraged fully.
* Oversee the delivery of key events from end to end ensuing events are delivered to a high standard on time and to budget. i.e owning the event communications, creation of run sheets, booking venues, catering, AV requirements, room setup, being the key point of contact with events companies, and on the day support including capturing event photo and video content
* Support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the delivery of strategic initiatives, in particular the rollout of the Agent Communication Wheako (experience) Strategy quarterly initiatives.
* Ensure lifecycle campaigns are behaving as expected, tweak data where needed and troubleshoot through weekly campaign checks. Monitor the content in campaigns, make updates in always on campaigns when products get updated, make data recommendations
* Work closely with the wider Lifecycle teams in the company to understand the Braze processes, in particular how B2B data works and assist the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager in streamlining the two-way data flows.
* Build strong relationships and work with various internal stakeholders to bring events and comms to life - including the Design, Sales, Lifecycle, Brand, Comms, and the Workplace team.
What you will bring to the team:
* Ideally two or more years experience within marketing, communications or eventsExperience supporting and delivering events from end to endHave used an email platform and have an understanding of lifecycle comms. They use Braze but they can teach you this!
* Have worked in an environment using data to create segmentation, audiences and insights
