We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Centre Manager on behalf of our client, to lead their team in Alexandra, Otago. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the early childhood centre
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement educational programs for young children
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- regularly with parents and caregivers
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
