We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Coordinator with at least 4 years’ experience to join the marketing team of a leading NZ & AUS luxury designer homewares brand. As this company is a B2B trade retailer with a huge online consumer market, no two days will be the same for you as you get the opportunity to work with both a ‘direct to consumer’ market as well as with trade retailers!
You’ll be a self-motivated, organised individual with a strong understanding of the fast-paced nature of E-Comm marketing and have a strong connection or affinity for the world of interior design, fashion, retail, or even architecture. You’ll be able to juggle multiple tasks, managing the day-to-day operations of the both the retailer business and NZ & AUS website to ensure that sourcing & listing new products are up-to-date, stock ordering, maintaining the brand’s online presence, and create rich material for online channels.
You could be already doing this for an e-comm brand, or you could be wanting to diversify your experience from just handling the ‘direct to consumer’ space… either way this golden opportunity will be valuable to add under your belt!

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce marketer with:
- With 4+ years of relevant experience in E-Commerce & digital marketing
Proven results and experience in…
- Manage day-to-day operations for retailer business (sourcing & listing new products, maintaining retailer inventory levels) as well as NZ/AUS website
- Planning, scheduling and promoting trade-based sales events, educating the trade about new products
- Deliver a positive brand experience and drive experience and drive conversions through optimised content
- Maintain brands' online presence by uploading seasonal promotional material
- Manage e-commerce performance, reporting and analysing on performance and setting recommendations
- Coordinate engaging eDMs and content for online media channels
- Manage the customer database using Hubspot
