Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Execute on the SEM strategy in collaboration with their agency partner and marketing leaders - this includes contributing to optimisation, budget planning/allocation and reporting for all SEM campaigns across desktop and mobile plus Google Shopping
* Manage email sends as required including building, targeting and execution
* Deliver consistent and insightful reporting of campaign results, including suggested improvements.
* Monitor and evaluate key channels and campaigns regularly to understand what is working and how they can be improved. Test and iterate to get the best results, striving for continuous improvement.
* Work closely with external suppliers (e.g. agencies & search engine providers) to maximise effectiveness of campaign performance.
* Build effective relationships and work with various internal stakeholders to bring marketing campaigns to life - including Design, Product, Sales & Supply, Brand, Comms and other business units.
What you will bring to the team:
* 1 or more years' experience in a marketing related role
* Preferably some experience using one or more of the following tools (one of Google Ads or SA360 is a bonus): Google Adwords; Google Merchant Center, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google shopping
* Data Driven - you love numbers and diving into data to see trends and opportunities.
* Articulate - you can think on your feet and communicate with ease.
* Highly organised – you'll be able to juggle multiple projects and competing demands.
* A natural collaborator – you'll be part of ensuring the Marketplace team is future-focused and positive.
