Who is hiring:
This employer, a local government district in the Canterbury Region is seeking a driven and talented Digital Business Analyst for a permanent position. They are working on a challenging, transformational programme, including technology implementation that will keep you busy! Having a non-technical focus on both general business analysis and process development will aid your success.
The role:
Having a strong background in working in and around technology is essential. You will be familiar with working with multiple stakeholders and have strong knowledge in working in and around digital strategy. Process mapping and requirement gathering are your bread and butter. You will have confidence identifying and proposing solutions and ensure this aligns with the overall businesses’ digital strategy.
What you will need:
- Able to document as-is and to-be process in Pro Mapp.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with strong SDLC knowledge
- An agile approach and experience to back this up.
- Support the Change Manager in Workshops and be able to facilitate workshops if and where required.
- Experience in a range of applications such as; Promapp, Visio, Jira, Office 365 etc
- Preference is to have some Prosci ADKAR Knowledge or experience.
