What sort of things will you be doing ?
In this Desktop Engineer role your typical workday will include:
- Availability to respond to a variety of incident and requests via phone calls, email, in person or onsite.
- Resolving Hardware related Incidents or Requests
- Supporting and Maintaining Systems and Applications in a modern workspace
- Working as part of a wider IT Services Team to deliver support and solutions to the business
- Contributing to IT Projects, Initiatives, and ongoing continuous improvement

- Ability to present ideas in business and user-friendly language
