We are currently recruiting clinicians to join our Covid Community Health Service to provide testing and vaccination services both at our Taranaki Street site and in homes, along with clinical calls and assessments to those who are isolating at home with covid.
The shifts will cover the hours of 9 - 6pm, 7 days per week.
Fixed term contracts will run until 31st March 2023 with immediate starts available.
If you have a special interest in providing care and support to people in the community as part of our extended primary health care team and are motivated to make a positive difference within our community we want to hear from you.In this role, you will work in partnership with other health professionals and providers to ensure that people isolating at home get the clinical and social access to supports and services they need. These roles will be office based, with home and community clinical visits where required.
Role Requirements:
* Clinical background with a Current Practicing Certificate or similar
* Excellence in clinical skills and clinical assessment
* Understanding of different communities and healthcare approaches
* Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
* Self-management and prioritisation skills
* Excellent relationship management, organisational, communication and problem solving skills
* Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Office software
* Hold a current clean driver's license
