Here’s what you can expect from this role:
* Working cross-functionally to help deliver on Classifieds marketing roadmaps that engage with their users & customers and deliver business value.
* Be involved in all stages of design, from conceptual ideation, design & delivery to campaign assets & collateral, working with their design system, vision and brand.
* Create beautifully-crafted layouts and typography assets that are in line with their Tangram design system and brand guidelines.
* Create high-fidelity designs that are ready for digital and/or print production
* Produce content fit for platform (i.e. website or mobile app or social media) with clear, direct Call to Actions. Tasks may include: Image manipulation and retouching, exporting digital campaign assets & designing and producing web display advertising.
* Be a valued team member who communicates and collaborates across marketing, product & sales to deliver the best B2B and B2C consumer experiences.
* Actively use creative problem solving, such as Design Thinking to guide your design process.
What you will bring to the team:
* an intermediate or Senior level of experience in similar design roles, either within an internal team or agency background
* You're curious and driven to understand their consumers and their problems deeply with a view of the details
* A strong focus and consideration on UX and UI in the design of products and features.
* Working knowledge & experience in producing high fidelity designs for print & web display advertising
* Great communication and collaboration skills
* Sound technical design skills including Figma, visual production software - Adobe suite & presentation software products
*Photopraphy, videography and/or animation skills highly desirable
