About the job
The position of Clinical Coordinator is a new one here. It is a Monday to Friday, hands on clinical nursing role which supports in providing a safe environment for residents and staff through effective day to day coordination and supervision of resident care and provision of professional leadership and support to the RNs, ENs and unregulated care staff.You'll spend some of your week as a senior RN and the rest of the week your responsibilities will increase to include quality improvement initiatives, leadership & staff training / education, audits etc...
About you
This is an excellent step up for an ambitious and career oriented Registered Nurse looking for more formal responsibilities and a pathway to future leadership positions.
- Registered Nurse with current APC
- Passion for the wellbeing of older people
- Prefer a Senior Registered Nurse, ideally InterRAI trained
- You’ll be a team player who is results focussed and committed to making a difference
- Clinically confident and able to lead by example
