Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology. For Neuropsychologists, successful completion of university-based graduate or postgraduate courses or papers in Clinical Neuropsychology (transcript required)
- Registration with Psychologists Board New Zealand* and valid annual practising certificate with scope of practice for Clinical and/or Neuro Psychology
- Professional Membership with either NZ College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP) or New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPS) or another professional body deemed appropriate by ACC
- Greater than 2 years’ post-internship experience in some or all of the following areas: neuropsychological screens, anxiety, depression, concussion/brain injury, complex mental health, pain management
- Current full NZ/AU driver’s licence (clean)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well unsupervised and autonomously
- Well-developed interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
- Technology savvy – use of systems databases, Microsoft Office, Smart phone, Dictaphone
