We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified CT Technologist to join the team, based in Tauranga, and lead our growing CT service and team.
About the Role
The purpose of the role is to lead, coach, grow and develop the CT team and service for Bay Radiology, delivering a high standard of imaging and patient care. This is a newly created permanent full-time position.
About You
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Able to provide effective leadership to the CT team and to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to coordinate and expand the CT service.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including our patients and their family/whanau as well as other health care professionals and providers.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Flexible team player and highly self-motivated.
- An understanding of the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality.
