Change Enablement Lead

This employer currently has an opportunity for a Change Enablement Lead to join them on a Fixed Term through to June 2024.

About

You'll be joining a Programme that will ultimately make it easier for this employers customers to do business with them, through simplifying and improving their order to cash (02C) processes. This is a key role that's main focus is on successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes. It will unlock a greater understanding of the user experience, promote greater collaboration between teams, and ultimately enhance their relationship with customers.



You will lead and facilitate project and change management activities to deliver better customer outcomes. This includes analysing, planning, implementing and evaluating change management strategies and plans. Championing effective change management and building change leadership capability.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Lead change management activities for their SimplifyUs programme.
* Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
* Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
* Manage stakeholders, including supporting and engaging senior leaders, and coaching people managers.
* Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
* Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
* Track and report on key risks and issues.
* Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
* For selected projects you'll also act in a project management capacity including developing project plans, monitoring performance, deliverables and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.




What you will bring to the team:

* 7 or more years project and change management experience in complex or large scale enterprise environments.
* Change management certification e.g. Prosci® is desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others towards a common goal
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
* Knowledge of O2C processes would be beneficial.
