Who is hiring?

Our client is a large local organisation providing broad services to the community. They are going through a major digital refresh and are looking at business processes across all areas of the organisation.

The role:

The team of Process Improvement Specialists are working in a collaborative and supportive way,  bringing a diverse range of experience and backgrounds in process design and improvement with a focus on lean practice.  They are adding to the team and are looking for your expertise and enthusiasm to enable better business outcomes for the organisation, the stakeholders and their customers.

What you will need:

As the perfect candidate you will have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience in Process Improvement or Business Process Analysis
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ideally mapping tools
  • Ability to develop strong effective relationships & work collaboratively across multiple projects
  • Broad understanding of Process Improvement methodology
  • Experience in guiding strategic change across diverse services and stakeholder groups
  • Willingness to learn, and share knowledge
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer delivery
