Our client, a local government district in the Canterbury Region is seeking a driven and talented Business and Technology Solutions Team Leader. They are working on a challenging transformation programme, working on a technology implementation programme that will keep you busy!
The role:
As the Business and Technology Solutions Team Leader you will be one of 150 Team Leaders in a large organisation. Your role will be to provide leadership and support the team from an operational and strategic perspective.
You will lead, mentor, and support the team in database design, administration and development, ERP support, e-services, and Business Intelligence. You will be the technical lead in the adoption of effective technology solutions across the organisation that align with the Digital Transformation Strategy.
What you will need:
- A tertiary qualification e.g., Computer Science would be ideal
- Strong experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong experience managing staff and providing technical leadership
- High level of competency with database and BI tools
- High level of competency with SQL and SQL Management tools
- Strong customer service
- Well rounded research and analytical skills are a must
