About the role
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of their Invercargill branch which includes MRI, CT, Breast Imaging, Ultrasound, X-ray and Bone Density modalities. You will also be a part of the clinical roster approx. 2 days a week which will require a current APC held with the MRTB.
You report to the Otago-Southland Regional Manager, and your key tasks will include:
- Providing leadership, coaching and feedback to the branch team, ensuring delivery of a great imaging service.
- Managing the day-to-day operations and being a member of the clinical roster.
- Ensuring IANZ accreditation standards are met in conjunction with the regions Quality Managers.
To be successfully appointed to this role, you will have a:
- Sound knowledge of the requirements to lead a Radiology practice.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability in coaching and developing staff.
- Proven excellence in delivering patient care.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Continuous improvement focus, with a collaborative mindset to deliver better outcomes.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or considerable industry experience
