B2C Marketing Manager

This employer currently has an opportunity for a superstar to join their team as B2C Marketing Manager for their Property portfolio

About the role

You'll be leading a couple of stellar people and driving their Property consumer ambitions (across brand & performance marketing). Collaboration will be super important (and also really fun) as you'll work with marketing folk across the business to bring plans to life, as well as their Property Product team, design and their agency partners.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Working closely with the Head of Classifieds Consumer Marketing, drive the Property portfolio strategy development, and support the development of their broader B2C marketing strategy for their other Classifieds verticals.

* A strong partnership relationship with their Property product teams, collectively driving to deliver the same ambitions

* Leadership of 2 marketing people, and collaboration with other specialists in the team to bring their campaigns to life such as brand, comms, legal, UX research and business stakeholders

* Manage Performance Marketing, ensuring that thier marketing investment works hard for us and they're continually optimising for improvement

* Manage thier ATL campaign processes from brief to execution across all channels, including stakeholder management. Play a critical part in the thinking and decision making behind their creative approach to these campaigns, channel selection and budget weighting

* Work with external agencies to develop robust brand, consumer and campaign reporting to drive continual learnings and recommendations.

* Manage the Property portfolio marketing budget.

What you will bring to the team:

Experience:

* Significant experience in creating and implementing B2C marketing campaigns which deliver strong results.
* A successful track record of being able to take objectives, turn these into actionable marketing initiatives and then develop, plan and execute tactics.
* Proven ability to develop creative, non-traditional solutions for challenging problems.
* Proven track record of leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform decision making, with their strategic key results in mind.
* Proven experience in leading people
* Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in B2C marketing and measurement.

* Customer focus – you'll understand customers needs and how we can add value to their relationship with them.
* Excellent time management – you're highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects and competing demands, and deliver them to a high standard within the agreed timeframe.
* Initiative and dependability – you are proactive and good at identifying potential issues or risks and come up with solutions to overcome them
* Exceptional communication skills - ability to relate and communicate with a broad number of people including multiple stakeholders.
* Collaborative – you'll be part of ensuring the B2C Marketing team is future-focused and positive.
* Data-driven – you'll love diving into data to measure the impact of brand initiatives, interpreting trends and to apply learnings so that they can constantly improve their performance.
