This role is responsible for delivering relevant and insightful Business to Business content that enhances brand sentiment, grows their reputation as a thought leader and supports the marketing strategy and overarching B2B strategic objectives.You'll also manage, coach and provide direction to a Content and Marketing Specialist and a Coordinator.

Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Manage the execution of content strategies including production and distribution of content in line with their tone of voice.
* Champion a 'leadership first' approach with time spent on coaching and developing your team, meaning they will have the capability, drive and empowerment needed to deliver on their B2B objectives
* Manage and implement Thought Leadership content initiatives for their customers to help position the company as industry experts and invaluable business partners.
* Competently analyse data, identifying trends and changes, to share insights with their customers that clearly communicate the “so what”
* Leverage analytics, research & other insight sources to develop a deep understanding of customer & proactively seek ways to connect, add value in their world & overcome their pain points.
* Work with their internal designers and external agencies (where required) on new approaches to produce visually engaging content such as graphics, videos, imagery etc.
* Monitor and evaluate content and distribution channels regularly to understand what is working, gaps and how their content can be improved.
What you will bring to the team:
Experience
* Solid experience in content writing/production, journalism, content marketing or equivalent.
* Experience in creating and implementing content strategies and initiatives to deliver on them.
* People management experience is ideal
* Experience using content and marketing tools such as Google Analytics or Content Stack is a bonus.
Competencies
* Excellent written communication and editing skills
* The ability to analyse data and articulately communicate insights.
* Strength in stakeholder management to sell in content approach and initiatives
* Self-motivated - biased to action, not afraid to fail, but learn and improve continuously.
