About
Bring your visual powers and work with the Founder / Creative Director who brings the copywriting flair. Together you’ll be working across this busy client creating innovative campaigns to drive acquisition and brand recognition. You’ll need to be flexible and dynamic – designing creative and as the business grows, supervising other designers. Together you’ll take concepts from ideation through to design with other design support as required.
Demand is expected to grow with this client and from others over the next three years, and more creative design support will follow. This person will manage the design staff and contractors in the Studio.
The agency has a positive start-up mentality underpinned by proven wisdom and experience. Being in the studio from the get-go you’ll be involved in recruiting your supporting creative team as the business grows. The breakdown
They are looking for an accomplished Art Director with:
- 8 years+ of a design or full-service creative agency
- Experience in graphic and digital design, advertising campaigns, branding, art direction, ideation, concept and basic animation
- A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident art-directing photo and video shoots
- Experience in implementing brands and campaigns across all media including websites

- Accurate in your work, and can lead agency timelines

- Salary $130,000 per annum depending on experience
