About the role

The Rolleston branch have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the Rolleston dealership.  This will require you to be a team player with excellent customer service skills and a helpful positive attitude. You are an essential part of the team assisting in a variety of tasks.

To be successful in the role you must be/have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accounts experience (Desirable not essential)
  • A confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Proactive; you will be one step ahead and always on task
  • Adaptable and flexible in your approach to whatever the day throws at you
  • Great customer service skills
  • A high level of analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Creditor and Wholegoods invoice entry
  • Checking service emails
  • Complete banking and floats daily, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Back up support to the Service department
  • General office administration
