About the role
The Rolleston branch have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the Rolleston dealership. This will require you to be a team player with excellent customer service skills and a helpful positive attitude. You are an essential part of the team assisting in a variety of tasks.
To be successful in the role you must be/have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accounts experience (Desirable not essential)
- A confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Proactive; you will be one step ahead and always on task
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to whatever the day throws at you
- Great customer service skills
- A high level of analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Creditor and Wholegoods invoice entry
- Checking service emails
- Complete banking and floats daily, in a timely and accurate manner
- Back up support to the Service department
- General office administration
