The role:
In this role you will be responsible for all invoicing, reconciling and reporting within Xero as well as general reception duties. This is a varied role where you will be greeting clients at reception, liaising with external suppliers, helping with basic quoting and assisting the production team with finishing of printed products, binding and laminating.
What you will need:
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:
- Experience using Xero or MYOB Accounting Software
- Experience processing Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Payroll, PAYE & GST Payments experience a bonus
- Competent with M365 and Google Apps, especially Word & Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communications skills and phone manner
