Does joining a supportive team and growing agency specialising in campaigns for the healthcare industry appeal?

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proven Account Manager with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to join their team to support business growth.

This thriving creative agency is based in central Auckland and is recognised as a niche leader in its field.

Day-to-day, you’ll be leading major corporate healthcare clients and will be able to self-manage, be proactive and efficient and have excellent skills in delivering work to the highest standard.

Building solid relationships throughout the whole creative process is essential. You’ll be able to collaborate with clients and senior team members, manage client relationships with ease and purpose, and multitasking will be second nature to you.

This role requires exceptional organisation and project management skills; you’ll be able to handle workflow, budgets, and deadlines to a tee!

The breakdown

We are looking for a driven individual with:

  • Min 3+ years of agency client service experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or similar in business/marketing/communications
  • Healthcare, Agency or Corporate background is a bonus

You’ll have…

  • Strategic input into key existing accounts
  • Ownership of client projects, delivering work on time and within budget
  • Highly organised, with an ability to multi-task
  • Solid digital skills, including experience with website/EDM/digital media design and build management.
  • Ability to run client briefing sessions and process them into creative briefs
  • Ability to prepare project schedules, time estimates and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and confidence with Office Suite skills
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate with other suppliers

The reward

  • Salary $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + KiwiSaver
  • Hybrid working with minimum 3 days a week on site
