This employer is looking for a digitally-focused Account Director who will play an intricate role in the day-to-day management of senior clients. You’ll have a solid history of agency client service and proven experience in the planning, delivery and measuring of timely and profitable social media content campaigns.
Your problem-solving skills and exceptional time management abilities will allow you to effortlessly oversee multiple projects and teams at once, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the agency’s standards. You’ll keep detailed WIPs and tracking reports, as well as prepare monthly forecasts and budgets to keep projects on track and within scope.
Asking the right questions is key in identifying and addressing client needs while putting together effective marketing and advertising strategies. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll be able to craft clear and concise briefs to ensure smooth execution.
With a natural ability to develop and nurture client relationships, you’ll show initiative and always go above and beyond to impress and encourage growth of existing accounts. The ability to bring in new and profitable business to the agency would be a bonus!

The breakdown
We are looking for an accomplished gun with:
- Min 8+ years’ agency experience in a client service role
Proven results and experience in:
- Building and maintaining client relationships with high-profile brands
- Identifying and converting new opportunities from new and existing relationships
- High-level time management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Management of the agency teams to ensure projects are completed to budgets and timelines
- Keeping detailed project statuses and tracking reports
- Preparing monthly forecasts and budgets
- Presenting with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Preparing creative briefs and ensuring successful delivery
- Ensuring all work produced reflects creative strategy and core values and direction
- Understanding of the need to achieve business goals and promote growth within existing clients
