Program Management: Administer the daily operations of a portfolio of sites in the N.U.in program, a study abroad program for first-semester students. Manage student on-boarding, execute orientations and communications, supervise on-site staff, resolve student issues, and conduct site visits.

Partner Relations: Liaise with European partner institutions on student enrolment, housing, health and safety issues, contracts, and payment of invoices.

Student Recruitment: Participate in the program’s efforts to convert admitted applicants to matriculated students, delivering presentations and webinars and responding to student inquiries.

Strategic Planning: Serve on the senior leadership team, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including site evaluations and staff development.

Assessment: Evaluate program outcomes by analyzing survey data, implement improvements in response to the data, and develop long-range plan for measuring learning outcomes.
