About our Client

An inspirational and dynamic Head Teacher in a Primary school with an attached Early Childhood Education Centre. I provide strategic leadership and professional management to a multi-cultured school and its teachers. The three decades spent with students from varying backgrounds and cultures have provided me an in-depth understanding and commitment to teaching, protecting and safeguarding young people successfully. The seventeen years of classroom teaching experience, four years as an Assistant Head Teacher, and nine years as a Head Teacher with the characteristic to quickly fit into any existing operation substantially enhance my ability to ensure that all students reach their full potential. As Head Teacher effectively lead, manage and monitor the overall school planning processes, programme delivery and financial functions and ensure a safe and conducive learning and teaching environment through:

Managing and reporting on the implementation of the National Curriculum Framework and other organised programmes school-based for improvement in student performance.
Provide professional guidance and monitor performance for all staff to ensure that consistent and appropriate teaching and learning practices are maintained.
Monitoring, assessing and reporting on student learning to improve learning and teaching programme outcomes.
Establish to sustain effective, constructive, and respectful relationships within the school with parents and the wider community.
Actively contribute to corporate requirements of the Ministry, including planning, budgeting, discipline and staff selection activities where required.

Reported to the head teacher and was responsible for the allocation of teaching duties as well as administrative responsibilities delegated by the head teacher. Supported the head teacher in maintaining good and healthy working relationships among staff members, colleagues and other school personnel to benefit students. As well as ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the school in light of the challenges and resource constraints.
