Overview: Responsible for all technical departments that provide support services to NTP Plant Facilities, including engineering and projects, maintenance operations, waste management operations, quality control and process scientific and support services. The Technical Services Division is responsible for 100% plant facility uptime.

Overview: Managed the engineering team to deliver high-quality engineering according to the overall project schedule and cost, as well as maintaining an engineering documentation system. Managed the overall engineering quality systems and developed an engineering drawing office and provided both strategic and operational leadership to the engineering team.
