Food Safety and Quality Management Systems: Proficient in HACCP-based systems, GMP, and ISO-aligned frameworks, with hands-on experience developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS, SOPs, and operational risk controls across food manufacturing and food service environments.
Regulatory and Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, labelling, and packaging compliance, with a successful track record in raw material and finished product release, audit readiness, and compliance with UK and internationally recognised standards, alongside working knowledge of NZ Food Act 2014 and MPI-aligned RMP and FCP requirements.
